Little Things

This post wouldn't be possible for me to share it with you unless I have gone through this small experience in my Life.

-- Do you know that God cares about the little details in your life?
Well if you don't, then allow me to share a little story in my Life that recently happened.

During this week on a casual Friday morning I got up with a swollen left eye. I already had the swollen   eye a day before Friday, but on Friday my eye swell up like a big round ball. For me, this was something unusual cause I didn't have any knowledge or an experience about this. When I blinked my eye, it hurts like a double edge sword piercing through your flesh. Would you be able to bear something like that?
I looked at the mirror and this is what I told God, "Lord, you have created me whole, I have come out from mother's womb without any disease, infection or abnormalities and I will live in this place without any of these things." Then I hurried to the kitchen to find my mom. Showing her my left eye, she prayed for me and told me to pick up a chilled lemon from the fridge and place it around my eye. I couldn't trust her at first. But then I just went straight up to the fridge and did exactly what my mom told me to do. A few minutes later, I passed the mirror again and I couldn't believe what I saw, right in front of the mirror was a girl with the left eye just the way it was before. I thanked the Lord for what He has done for me, even if it was just a minor swollen eye problem.

From this tiny experience, I've learnt that God cares about the little details in our life. If He can provide food for the sparrows each day, wouldn't He care more about us? Aren't we more valuable to Him too?
Even if you're facing a tiny obstacle in your life or a huge one, He wouldn't let you carry something that's too heavy for you to bear.  He knows your weaknesses and every need. As He has healed me, He will heal you too, may it be physically or emotionally. I wouldn't expect anyone else to care for me as much as He does cause I know that He will care for me and meet all my needs till the very end of my last breath. So never worry or be depressed about anything, Just lift your head up high, put on the best curve on your pretty face and believe that He's working out something bigger for you.

Keep Smiling!!
Shellie Gill
